For the safety of yourself and others around you, please read all competitor/entrant information below. Motorsport can be dangerous and your safety is our priority. Please be considerate to others around you at the events and bring a good attitude!

Whats included with your entry:

All entries include 1 Vehicle and 1 Driver into the event of your choice.

Competitor Shirts are only given out to Full Track Day Entrants, and Indoor Show (both Standard and Premier).

Show & Shine Info

Pack In

Exhibitors: Friday from 1pm.
Indoor Competitors: Friday  from 2pm - 7pm.
Outdoor Competitors: Saturday from 7:30am - 8:30am.

Pack Out

Satruday from 4:30pm - 7pm. (Competitors are only allowed start up or remove the vehicle after 4:30pm)


At the registration point you will receive your entry sticker, wristbands and tshirt (for indoor show only). The sticker must be placed on the windscreen for judging on Saturday night. Tshirts will ONLY be given out at registration so please make sure you collect them as there will be none available after the event. Registration will take place between 4pm and 7pm on the Friday before the event. Gates will close strictly at 8pm at which time security guards will arm the venue and patrol both inside and out.


Wristbands for competitors and exhibitors will be available for pickup during Pack In at the registration desk. Please bring your Registration number or details. Competitors will be allowed 1 helper in for free to setup your car. If you have more then 1, extra setup passes and be purchased for $15.
Wristbands must be securely placed around wrists to ensure entry/re-entry into the show. Any tampering with wristbands will result in immediate dismissal from the show. Lost or Forgotten wristbands will not be replaced, no exceptions. Swapping wristbands is illegal and will result in dismissal from the show and fines/charges.


There will be no electrical services outside unless otherwise specified.  If you wish to order Electrical please email us at azhar@4androtary.co.nz.

Admissible Behavior

Alcohol, drugs, weapons and other illegal materials are not permitted at the venue. Cars will be searched upon entry and anything found will be confiscated. At no time during the show will any competitor be allowed to start their engine; doing so will result in immediate ejection from event and fines. Any skid marks, and or damage to the grounds as a result of your miss conduct will be billed to you directly.


4 & Rotary Promotions 2006 LTD shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any property.
 All competitors are required to lock their vehicles and keep their belongings safe.


4 & Rotary Promotions shall have the power to enforce all terms, rules and regulations as well as any other stipulations necessary for proper conduct of the show. All competitors agree to comply with such terms, rules, regulations, all pertinent laws, and codes.

Promotional Materials

Flyers, business cards and any other printed materials are not permitted in the venue for distribution unless a exhibitor site has been purchased or otherwise
authorized by 4 & Rotary Promotions. If caught, material will be taken away and you will be subject to disqualification and fines.

Sale Of Merchandise

Sale of merchandise is NOT permitted at any time unless you have purchased an exhibitor site.


Competitors must attend prizegiving in order to recieve trophies and prizes.


Track Info

Noise limits

All tracks have noise limits and you are to obey by the track limits. If your car exceeds the limits then you will be asked to rectify this and if still persists then you won’t be allowed at the event with no refunds. Please contact the track directly if you think this may affect you.


All full trackday vehicles are eligible for Cruising. Cruising is speed limited to 100kmph, no passing on corners, no drifting or burnouts.
Safety Requirements: Seatbelts.
Passengers: Yes.

Circuit Racing

Circuit Racing is for dedicated track cars only. You will need prior racing experience to enter this. Full cage prefered however not required. 
Safety Requirements: Helmet, Overalls, Seatbelts, Enclosed Shoes. Neckbrace recommended.*
Passengers: Yes, only with a full cage and safety gear.


All full trackday vehicles are eligible to enter Drifting. Full cage prefered however not required. Battles can only be done by fully caged cars. If you don't have a cage, you can still do individual drifting runs.
Safety Requirements: Helmet, Overalls, Seatbelts, Enclosed Shoes. Neckbrace recommended.*
Passengers: Yes, only with a full cage and safety gear.


All full trackday and Grasskhana/Burnout entered vehicles are eligible to enter both Burnouts and Grasskhana.
Safety Requirements: Seatbelt, enclosed shoes. Helmets required for Burnouts.
Passengers: Yes.

Roll Racing

All full trackday vehicles are eligible for Roll Racing. Roll Racing is a form of Drag Racing with a rolling start. 
Safety Requirements: Helmet, Seatbelt, Enclosed Shoes, Long sleeved top and Pants. Neckbrace recommended.*
Passengers: No.

*Please note, we highly recommend neckbraces and racesuits for all high speed activities on track. These will both be required in 2021 as as tracks update their safety requirement rules.



Safety Check

Every vehicle has to complete a basic Safety Check before you are allowed out on the track. This is for your safety, and the safety of those around you on the track. Once your car has passed, you’ll receive your vehicle registration number/stickers/Wristband and you will have access to the track.

Here is a basic checklist that will be checked for upon entry.

All Vehicles:

  • Brake Lights
  • Indicators
  • Legal thread on the tyres
  • Battery Clamps
  • Fuel Leaks
  • Oil Leaks
  • Wheel Nuts secured
  • Seat belts (A seatbelt is required for all drivers and passengers out on the track. Even the vehicles from the factory without a seat belt, it should have one installed).
  • Firewall
  • Structural Damage
  • Door Cards
  • No exhaust/wastegates out bonnet

Race Cars:

  • Racesuit
  • Approved helmet and footwear
  • Rollcages


  • While we do recommend you run a Scatter Blanket for all events, it's done at your own risk if you choose not to.

All cars with a modified engine must have an overflow bottle and oil catch can if one isn't already fitted.



Change of Driver/Vehicle/Refunds

  • If you need to change the Driver or vehicle for any reason, you may do so by replying to your confirmed Competitor Email. A $40 admin fee will occur to change these details.

  • If you can no longer make it to the event, you may be eligible for a refund minus a $40 admin fee if it is 7 days before the event. Alternatively, we might be able to transfer your entry to another event. Please reply back to your confirmed competitor email along with the reason and the account details.

  • Confirmed competitor entries cannot be sold or transferred to anyone else. This referes to all our events.

The prices Tony offer are for competitors travelling to compete in events to help reduce costs. Let’s say its Interislanders way of sponsoring all Motorsport competitors as opposed to just one team.

The discounts vary depending on vehicle combinations but it is important to note that all bookings through his agency are fully flexible and payment is not required ( not even a deposit) until you check in where you pay Interislander directly.

To make a booking or even just to receive a quote, he would need a few details.

  1. Date, time and direction of travel required. (Preferably a return date at the same time but if unknown this is not essential)
  2. Vehicle rego and trailer length if any
  3. What Motorsport event you are competing in Drivers name and contact phone number.
  4. If there are any additional passengers travelling in the vehicle? Also a breakdown between amount of adults and children up to 17years.
