Regulations
JURISDICTION
This is a Clubsport Basic event Single car sprint (Superlap) promoted by 4&Rotary Promotions and Motorsport Manawatu.
It is held under the MotorSport New Zealand National Sporting Code and its Appendices and Schedules. Appendix 5, Schedule C are the Standard Regulations for ClubSport events.

VENUE
Manfeild Autocourse 3.03km circuit located at Manfeild Park, Feilding. The surface is Bitumen.
All competitors are to enter Via Rata Street entrance.
ENTRIES & FEES
Entry Fee is $85 inclusive of MSNZ levies and GST per driver.
Competitors are not required to be a member of Motorsport NZ affiliated clubs.
Limited entry spaces!
ELIGIBILITY & LICENCE REQUIREMENTS
i) You do not require a licence, but if you have a MNZ licence you must produce this.
ii) All vehicles will undergo a basic safety check
iii) 100% Cotton Overalls and MSNZ approved crash helmet required.
iv) Vehicles will require a minimum 0.9kg Fire extinguisher mounted by 2x 6mm bolts in a metal bracket, with a minimum 1 metal retaining strap. Fire extinguishers will be available to purchase at the track on the day.
v) External wastegates MUST NOT be vented to the atmosphere. They must be plumbed into the exhaust system.
vi) If batteries have been moved from their original mounting position, then they must be in a battery box and secured by 2 metal straps and 4x 8mm bolts.
vii) Rollcages/halfcages must be homologated by MNZ. NZDRA cages or LTSA cages do not comply unless they have been MNZ homologated.
CLASSES
PRO-OPEN: No wof or reg, caged, Slicks allowed. (race cars)
PRO-STREET: Current reg&Wof, cage, slicks allowed
STREET: Reg and Wof, DOT tyres only. No slicks.
DOCUMENTATION, AUDIT SCRUTINEERING & DRIVERS BRIEFING
Scrutineering will start Saturday 26 March 2011, from 1pm to 4.30pm.
It can also be done on Sunday March 27 from 0700am to 0830am. We encourage as many as possible to be checked on Saturday please.
All competitors are required to complete documentation at the track before Sunday 27 March 2011 8.30am.
Make sure you bring your membership card, MNZ Licence and logbook if you have one.
You will be advised if your car needs an audit at documentation. Assume that it does and have your car ready to go as soon as you finish.
Scrutineering is in the scrutineering shed at the end of the dummy grid. Ensure the car is ready to be checked as if ready to race. Ensure your overalls and helmet are at scrutineering for checking.
Pre event scrutineering will be available and advised on 4&Rotary website.
FIRST AID & FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
The First Aid Kit and Fire Extinguishers will be at the Start Line, and Fire Extinguishers will be situated on the infield with Marshalls.
PASSENGERS
There will be no passengers for the duration of the event.
Overalls need to be 100% cotton overalls. If you have a set of overalls that read on the label 60% cotton and 40% polyester, these are not accepted and you will need to change them. Please make sure that you check your label prior to checking and you have the correct type, or you cannot compete.
Your Helmet needs to show at least one of these labels.
If it does not have these or is out of date is cannot be used.
